There’s a new man in my life, and his name is Simon.
I just met him for the first time yesterday, but it was love at first sight! At least on my side…

Simon is “The Perfect, Portable, Practical Pickleball Partner”. (If you remove “Pickleball” from the tag line, Simon sounds like a vibrator. 🙂 )
Carol and I went to a training at our resort yesterday and were introduced to Simon for specific practice drills.
What a blast!
Simon is the best! He pitches lobs, dinks, and drops to us so we can perfect our shots.
I felt like a nearly professional athlete as I played against Simon.
Too much fun!

Maybe you could have that mechanical minded husband of yours give him the once over and build you one of your very own!

I was thinking the same thing about Rich building one, Sharon. Great minds think alike. Of course, I’d have to have a court and maybe a house, too. 🙂
P.S. If he builds you one, make sure he designs it so that it does dishes and makes beds!!!!

How did Simon get there? Was he there all along and you just discovered him? Do all the members pitch in for buy him? Who determines when you can use Simon? How many can play on a court and play with Simon. If you just met Simon, and you are already in love, we need to know more about this Simon. P.S. JP misses you for not playing your internet games!
Simon is a new product that’s only been available a few months. The resort’s pickleball club bought Simon for their use. I joined the club, so I’m part of the group that can use Simon. He just shoots out one ball at a time, so we all take turns practicing with Simon. He’s just like a pitching machine, Lorraine.
